1. Informational site — no offer to lend
Everything on this site is general information about commercial financing products. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment to lend, a rate quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Amounts, timelines, and product descriptions describe what is typically available through our network; what is actually available to you depends entirely on your application and underwriting review.
2. Broker disclosure
FundGuard Capital is not a lender. Financing is arranged through a network of third-party funding partners. All products, amounts, rates, and terms are subject to application, qualification, and underwriting review. Not all applicants will qualify. Any financing agreement you enter is between you and the funding partner, on that partner’s documented terms.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
The site and our services are intended for businesses and business owners in the United States who are at least 18 years old. When you submit an inquiry you agree to provide information that is accurate and yours to provide. Submitting another person’s information without authority is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, probe or test its infrastructure without permission, submit automated or fraudulent inquiries, or use site content to build a competing dataset. We may suspend access to anyone abusing the site.
5. Intellectual property
The FundGuard Capital name, hexagonal shield mark, site design, and site text are our property. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation; any other reproduction requires our written consent.

Financing offers arranged through our network carry their own agreements, disclosures, and costs, provided by the funding partner. Read them. Those documents — not this website — control the terms of any financing you accept.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundGuard Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute belongs exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
