FundGuard Capital ("we," "us") operates fundguardcapital.com. This policy describes what information the site collects, why it is collected, and the choices you keep over it. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to respond to your funding inquiry, and we do not sell it. Ever.
What we collect
Information reaches us only when you choose to send it. The application form collects your full name, business name, email address, phone number, a monthly revenue range, a requested funding amount range, and any message you add. The email-preferences form collects only an email address. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on this site.
How we use it
Submitted information is used for one purpose: responding to your funding inquiry. Concretely, that means an advisor reviewing what you sent, contacting you by phone or email to discuss it, and — if you choose to proceed — presenting your file to third-party funding partners in our network so they can evaluate it and return options.
Who sees it
Your information is shared with third-party funding partners only as needed to arrange the financing you asked about, and with service providers that carry our form submissions and email. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies
This site is a static website and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie that appears would be strictly functional and short-lived; there is nothing to opt out of because there is no tracking to begin with.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to work your file and to meet legal and audit obligations, then deleted or anonymized. If you ask us to remove your contact details sooner, we will, unless a legal requirement says otherwise.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted in transit, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No transmission method is perfectly secure, but we treat your file the way we would want ours treated.

Children
